How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Haiwnat account directly from the app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Haiwnat app
  2. Go to the More tab (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap on your name/profile card at the top
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Profile screen
  5. Tap "Delete Account"
  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

  • Your account will be immediately deactivated
  • All your active ads will be closed
  • You will be signed out of the app
  • You will not be able to register again with the same phone number for 30 days

Data Retention

  • Immediately removed: Your profile will no longer be visible to other users
  • Retained for 30 days: Account data is kept in a deactivated state for the cooldown period
  • After 30 days: Your account data will be archived and may be permanently deleted
  • Retained as required by law: Moderation records and reports may be retained as required by Saudi regulations

Note: Account deletion cannot be undone during the 30-day cooldown period. If you wish to use Haiwnat again, you will need to wait 30 days and create a new account.
